How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping for orders under $50 before taxes, $15 shipping costs within Canada and $20 shipping costs within USA. FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $50 before taxes within Canada and USA.
Expedited Shipping cost is $25.
When will I receive my order?
All products are shipped out Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST excluding weekends and holidays. Your order is shipped out within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, delivery depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping: Within 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Delivered by the end of the second business day
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Use this number to track your package. You can opt-in to receive a notification of the status of the delivery through your email.
I need my order fast! What can you do?
You can select Expedited shipping at checkout for an additional cost. This service is only available in Canada and the USA. 12pm EST is the cut off for expedited delivery. Please always allow at least 24 hours for processing.
What happens if my order gets lost or stolen?
Manetini is not responsible if your order gets lost or stolen. We offer shipping protection via Route which is only a small cost of your total order. By selecting this option in your cart, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft and help you easily resolve any order issues.
