Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery on non-sale hair. All hair and packaging must be in its original unused condition with ties and security stickers still intact and secured. Once opened, due to hygienic reasons, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@manetini.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will email you a return label and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We recommend that you match the colour of your hair before purchase, ie. by purchasing a few colour swatches. However, if you have purchased the wrong colour, return your unopened/unused product and we will exchange it for another colour.

If 30 days has passed since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
